This functionality is designed to include offers that are no longer valid, enabling the retrieval of any offer, whether expired or if the associated uniq has been burned. Please note that this query won't return the factory offer for each uniq it applies to, as factory offers don't have a uniq attached. If you prefer to see valid factory offer for each uniq it applies to, you should utilize the "uniqEffectiveBuyOffers" query instead.
